I love this blog, you have the absolute best content on flipping property. That is why it pains me to see a post like this (the first one of this type to the best of my knowledge, and I’ve been following you for about two years now). People visit this site because of the quality of your posts…not for shameless plugs. Next thing you know there will be pop up ads and a required subscription with endless junk mail. Please, please, please don’t post anything like this ever again on your blog or I will never visit this site again.

Dear Fred, Thank you for the compliment on my content and being a devoted follower, however this “shameless plug” is for SEO and makes my phone ring from private sellers so I can buy houses and renovate them for you to enjoy! Stay tuned for more insane design and construction after we buy some more houses: )

Thanks again for following. I hate to look at this post too, much rather show new room additions or cool tile jobs and paint colors but as real estate investors we live and die by Google ranking. Some of the killer historic houses you see on this site were bought from private sellers, not realtors. Kind of a glimpse to the other side of our business that you never see here. Stay tuned for a great content filled summer! P.S. We Buy Houses! : )

I kinda feel like a groupie sometimes. I appreciate the post on looking for houses, its another area I can learn more from reading your blog.

I get the purpose as well. I hope anyone looking you up can see the extraordinary work you do. If I had a house I needed to sell that has been in the family, I would want to see someone like you buy it and restore it from a property back to a great home.

Hope the phones are ringing and the deals are flowing.

Unfortunately, the title does give it the look of those cheap signs you see stapled to telephone poles. Sigh.

Tom, what’s happening with the Craftsman?? Seems like you’re on an extended vacation! As I mentioned on Jim’s blog you should be able to sell your houses like hotcakes these days.

Hi TJ, the closing is really dragging out on that last project, last time I’ll accept a 45-day escrow! and for the South Park deal we are going through a Major plan revision. Essentially a whole new set of house plans is almost done now. We are doing some smaller deals but nothing worth showing. We wholesaled a house to another investor in our network this month and I bought a mobile home yesterday. We are always looking to buy stuff.
