Hi TJ, the closing is really dragging out on that last project, last time I’ll accept a 45-day escrow! and for the South Park deal we are going through a Major plan revision. Essentially a whole new set of house plans is almost done now. We are doing some smaller deals but nothing worth showing. We wholesaled a house to another investor in our network this month and I bought a mobile home yesterday. We are always looking to buy stuff.
