We wrapped up what turned out to be my favorite house flipping project in Serra Mesa. I’ve bought and remodeled probably 5-6 in this neighborhood, but this one came out to perfection! No faster did the home hit the market for sale over the Labor Day weekend than we got multiple offers and it is now in escrow sold to a new buyer. Thanks to everyone who helped and made this transformation come to life!
