“Sell My House” is what this long time landlord wanted to do after the tenants stopped paying rent. This week we start a new renovation in the popular Encinitas neighborhood. This is a 1970’s track house that was a rental for the past 20 years. The owner called us to sell it as-is, with some deferred maintenance. We made a cash offer and closed in a few short weeks when the tenant moved out. We love these kind of properties that are in great areas but need updating. It’s a 3/2 1,212 sf. We plan on complete cosmetic renovation with all new surfaces. It would be nice to get it done before school starts but we’ll see how things play out. Encinitas has one of the top school districts in San Diego. Stay tuned for updates. If you are wondering who buys houses or how to sell your house fast please give us a call to discuss your options. We make no-obligation offers.

I’m glad you’re posting again Tom! I’ve been following your blog for a few years now and I was very sad when the updates stopped. You do beautiful work, i’m glad you’re sharing it again.
Thanks for following! Its hard to document with as much detail as the good old days because im out looking at houses instead of doing the work
