Here’s the slideshow showing the entire renovation process of The Target House. These house flipping videos are always fun to watch after I’m done. We are having some good showings over there, some buyers have been back twice already: )

Tom; all i can say is WOW, this house looks Awesome, i love everything.. fire place in the bathroom. kitchen.. Wow!!!
It’s official — you are my idol 🙂
I’m about to start my 2nd flip here in Austin, and am brushing up on design trend stuff, so I wanted to ask:
I noticed that you left out the tile backsplash in the kitchen this time, and went just running another strip of granite as the backsplash… was this a trend thing you picked up on, or a budget thing? Maybe both? I kind of dig the cleanness of it, and it’s nice to not worry about having outdated tile in a few years, in such a visible area…
Anyhow, kudos! I too love how it turned out.
Ah dang, one more question : what’s the color on those light gray walls? So cool to see someone stepping away from beige for flips…
@ Aaron Thanks for the compliments! I remember you commenting on the last house. I guess you sold yours too, congrats! I generally think tiled backsplashes in the kitchen are too personal. No matter what you did some people wouldnt like it. Paint is easy to change but a tile backsplash is kinda permanent for a typical homeowner. Additionally, I do like the clean, crisp look on this one without it but… white subway tile would have also looked great I’m sure. That grey is Antique Sterling. It’s an ICI color so Home Depot has it in their computer. Your call buddy on the tile Thanks Again for taking the time to leave comments and good luck with your flip! Send me some pics of your Austin house, we love Austin.

Amazing work. Come out to San Diego an fix up our old Craftsman houses.
That was an amazing transformation! The house at the beginning is a far cry from the finished product!
@ shadash and NBRE. Thanks for the comments, we’ll be back home in SD as soon as this house sells, we aren’t starting any new rehabs, only wholesaling. See you soon.
Hey Aaron, nice talking to you yesterday. Let me know how that issue turns out. Also, friend me on Facebook! Merry Christmas
Tom your friggin awesome at this stuff. Man my hat is off to your rehab (rebuild) skills.
Also what song is that you use for the vids?
Curtis, thanks for the props buddy. We cant wait to get into some projects at home. I’m hoping that we’ll continue to be able to do larger rebuild projects rather than cosmetic jobs which seem to be the norm there now from what I’m seeing. I want to chat with you after the holidays, send me your phone number on Facebook.
The song is Din Din Wo by Little Child. It came free in my Windows Vista music folder. Have fun with The Aloha House & Merry Christmas to the Gabhart Family!
Tom, I’ve been watching videos of the work you do on Youtube for the last hour. My jaw has not moved from it’s position on the desk top for the last 58 minutes! I am astounded at the level of quality and beauty you put into the houses you flip. It is beyond exceptional and I just wanted to let you know I am in complete awe! I wish we lived in San Antonio.. but we are SO very far away in Canada. Your skill and talent is like none I’ve ever witnessed in home renovations and I hope you and your team (including your beautiful wife!) continue to have success in your endeavors – absolutely amazing work.
