We are pleased to announce a new project to start off 2021 in the San Diego neighborhood called Rancho Penasquitos. Locals call it “PQ” for short. This is a great 1970’s track home neighborhood known for its good school district and proximity to nearby upscale Carmel Valley and easy access to the popular SR 56 bike trail. I’ve heard it called Poor Man’s Carmel Valley by some realtors in fact. This is a great neighborhood though and what we do here will make it even better.
